The villa l'Avant-Garde du Cap-Ferret is located at the gates of the villages of the Cap-Ferret peninsula. It offers its occupants a top-of-the-range accommodation service for up to 10 people.
Nestled on the edge of a protected natural area, with a heated swimming pool, a spacious bowling alley and a landscaped garden of more than 1200m2, it will offer its occupants an unforgettable stay in a privileged setting.
Villa having, on the first floor, a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with oven (cold door), four-burner induction hob, spacious fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, all the necessary kitchen utensils and a bar area with access to a PRM toilet with washbasin.
The dining room is equipped with an extension table (not shown in the photos) that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The first bedroom is a master suite on the first floor with a bay window exposed to the south, 160x200 bed and spacious bathroom (to PRM standards) with walk-in shower and double sink.
The first floor hosts three other bedrooms and a bathroom of good volumes, a games room and a second separate toilet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed and is south-west facing with an exceptional view of the forest. The third is also equipped with a 160x200 bed and is exposed to the east; it has a private living room.
The fourth bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds with independent bedside lamps (the high beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old).

The games room is equipped with a screen, a PS5 game console with two controllers and a comfortable leather sofa.
