When you want a place to stay that gives you space, comfort and the security to drop your stuff and go explore, this 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with parking, caters for small families, friends, couples and more, less than 10 kilometres from Melbourne’s Central Business District. Note: there are two other one bedroom stays at this address if you need more space (subject to availability). Walking distance to everything.

A modern escape greeted by a small terrace with café settee, this spacious apartment features a stylish open plan living and dining area with 3 seater couch with 43inch Smart TV, 4-seater dining table and family size kitchen with good size fridge, there is a queen size bed in the main bedroom with great storage, and 2 king single beds in the second bedroom, plus a desk so you can answer your emails or get in a work Zoom if needed. The updated bathroom has a shower over the bath and a combo washer/dryer, and there’s a separate toilet. There is open air parking at the rear of the block or convenient street parking. Air conditioned to keep it temperate, you have the convenience of keyless entry so you don’t need to worry about keys. A super quiet wide street, yet close to CityLink to get to the airport quickly or drive down to the Mornington Peninsula for a cheeky winery visit.

Brunswick West is a quiet suburb about 8 kilometres north of Melbourne’s CBD. It’s known for its community, culture, sustainability and street art. It has a funky vibe that’s dedicated to getting back to basics in a nurturing way. Doors from St Joesph’s Primary School, it’s a great spot to stay when you’re in between homes, looking to live in the area and want to ‘test’ out the location or take in the convenience to Melbourne’s CBD with so many fantastic events. A great location if you’re visiting the University of Melbourne, RMIT or Victoria University. Maybe you are keen on sport – Moonee Valley Racecourse, Flemington Racecourse, Ikon Park at Princes Park, the State Netball Hockey Centre, Marvel Stadium or the MCG. If you’re in Melbourne for a conference or exhibition, there’s easy access to the Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre and the State Library. If you want a base while a family member is sick or injured, we are only minutes to the Royal Children’s Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital in Parkville. Or maybe you want to show your family the best of Melbourne, including the Melbourne Zoo, Melbourne Museum, Southbank, Federation Square, Lygon Street, the Comic’s Lounge, take them to the Royal Melbourne Show in September and the Queen Victoria Market.

Tullamarine Airport is 18 minutes from our stay if you’re travelling from overseas or interstate. An Uber would cost around $25.00 to Melbourne’s international airport. The No 55 tram and 508 and 509 bus services are 1-2 streets away connecting to train lines on the Upfield and Craigieburn lines. You can walk to several cafes, restaurants and shops from this address.

Our place is in a small group of 5 other villa units with parking at the end of the driveway. Please be respectful entering and leaving the property of other residents.
House must be left as received except for bed linen and towels usage. Cleaning fee is to ensure house is guest-ready for you when you arrive, and guest-ready for the next guests after you leave.
