The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to cook at home, while the in-apartment washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays.
Each bedroom has been styled with hotel-quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The main bedroom includes its own ensuite, the second bedroom enjoys city views, and the third light-filled room is ideal for families, colleagues, or groups.
Throughout the building, you’ll have access to a range of well-designed shared amenities, including workspaces and offices, large communal dining areas, and a recreation room with lounges, movie facilities, and gaming — perfect for both work and relaxation.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the balcony, kitchen, and laundry facilities.
One secure, allocated car space is included and reserved exclusively for you.
You’ll also have access to the building’s shared amenities, including workspaces, communal dining areas, and the recreation room. All accessible areas can be entered using the building access key card provided.

Getting Around:
Getting around from the apartment is easy, whether you’re travelling by public transport, car, bike, or on foot.
Public Transport
The closest tram stop is Albert Street / Sydney Road, just a short walk away, with frequent services toward the CBD. Brunswick Station (Upfield Line) is also nearby, offering a quick and direct train connection into the city.
A Myki card or Myki Mobile (Android) is required for public transport. The PTV app is recommended for journey planning and live updates.
On Foot & By Bike
Brunswick is highly walkable, with cafés, shops, and restaurants all close by. The Upfield Shared Path provides a direct route for walking and cycling into the CBD.
By Car
One secure parking space is included. Additional street parking is available nearby if required.
Other Things to Note:
Three access cards are provided — one for the garage and two for building entry, lifts, shared amenities, and the apartment. Please keep both cards secure. Lost or unreturned cards incur a $150 replacement fee per card, as issued by building management.
This is a residential building. Please be mindful of noise, particularly in the evenings and when using shared areas.
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted under building rules.
For stays longer than 14 nights, a compulsory fortnightly clean is required to maintain the apartment to our standard. This is charged separately and will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time during your stay.
