Welcome to Lumen House, a light and bright Brunswick home designed for easy, comfortable living in a fantastic inner-city location. With a fresh, airy feel and thoughtful layout, this inviting home is perfect for families, small groups or those looking to enjoy Melbourne’s vibrant north.
Spanning two levels, the home offers relaxed living with a smart TV, comfortable interiors and a private courtyard — ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day out. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Additional features include secure garage parking for two cars and a private courtyard for outdoor enjoyment.
Upstairs, the main living, kitchen and dining area is complemented by the master bedroom with ensuite, creating a functional and open layout. Downstairs, the additional bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom, making the home both practical and comfortable for guests.

Pet friendly for one pet with prior arrangement.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
