the whole home is yours to enjoy, excluding any locked cupboards for private storage.
No parking in laneway - only within the roller door secure garage for 1 car less than 4m long, plenty of parking on the surrounding streets
All guests are aware that front studio area has no furniture as it is a studio space - access is via front shopfront or VIA laneway off Perry Street
this property is being advertised for sale in 2026 - any booking with available dates will be fully honored but long term rentals more than 5 days acknowledge that we may require access to property to show a prospective buyer through (we will of course co-ordinate a day and minimize any intrusion)
furniture/artwork may change before your arrival but all same HIGH standard (photos currently show no living room downstairs but it is included with TV - we are just getting new photos)
