The house was very clean and comfortable and as advertised
The hot water service was broken when we arrived but with a phone call to the property manager it was replaced within a couple of hours

Absolutely recommended this stay. Everything you need for your stay in Melbourne. Close to the city and flemmington race course. So clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Communication with owner is top notch. 👌 Thank you 😊
