Side unit condo, one of the largest in the building. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, newly remodeled and professionally decorated, luxurious accommodations! Great for families or couples, with under-building parking and, elevator. Walk right downstairs (or take the elevator)to the beautiful pool and pristine beach. Huge kitchen with breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and every amenity you might need as well as large dining area and patio. Washer and dryer and free wifi. Newer building with a professionally decorated interior featuring amazing coastal furnishings. Picture-perfect sunsets await every evening on quaint Indian Rocks Beach. Local restaurants/ice cream shops offer a variety within walking distance. Grocery store and drugstore within 5 miles. Local trolley line available for transportation. You won't be disappointed in our "little Cayman" style rental reminiscent of the breezy lifestyle on the island of Grand Cayman. This unit is on the side of the building, not direct oceanfront, but is one of the largest units in the building. 2 designated parking spots for this unit only. No guest parking no smoking in unit, on the balcony or in/around the building. Guests caught smoking on premises will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, no pets.
