Easy access to 688 and the airport. Plenty of room in this large 3-bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Under building parking, heated pool, and barbecue round out the amenities offered here. NEW GRACO Pack n Play, Heated Pool, Secure Elevator Building, Smart TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom, Small Smart in twin bedroom. Internet, Grilling Area, Large Balcony overlooking the Gulf, Fully Furnished and Equipped. Walk- in Shower, Stainless Steel Appliances, washer/Dryer in the unit, Granite Counters, Tile Floors, Carpet in bedrooms. Large unit can accommodate all for a great family vacation. All units are private corner units with large balconies to watch the dolphins play from. Add a pool, barbecue and the white sandy beaches to walk and you have the perfect spot to vacation. Professional cleaners will prepare your unit for you and leave a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and washer detergent.

If you are visiting Indian Rocks Beach, this is a lovely place to stay. The condo was just as described and the location is great! I love that this building has less than 10 units providing quiet and privacy. One nice surprise was the stairwell access off of the balcony. You can enter the condo through the front door, but there is also a stairwell access off of the beachfront balcony that makes for an easier and cleaner return from the beach/pool area. We loved this nice little surprise.
Lisa was wonderful. She called me shortly after I booked the property just to touch base and answer any questions. She then called me the week before our trip to provide some check in instructions and again see if I had any questions. Lisa was even able to get us into the condo early on the day of check in. She texted to let me know the condo was ready. I have booked many properties over the years and Lisa by far has been the most communicative.
We had a lovely week at Indian Rocks and would definitely return to this condo in the future.

The only draw back to this condo is parking. Their is no place for guest parking.

This condo is incredible, location, style, comfort, views, etc. All were perfect. We will definitely be staying again. The host was beyond helpful and a delight to deal with

We enjoyed our stay very much however the condo is in need of a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was pretty uncomfortable. Aside from that, the view from our balcony is perfect.
