All units are private corner units with large balconies to watch the dolphins play from. Add a pool, barbecue and the white sandy beaches to walk and you have the perfect spot to vacation. Professional cleaners will prepare your unit for you and leave a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and washer detergent.

Booked this a year in advance with Vrbo only to have the property manager change our stay from Friday-to-Friday to Saturday-to-Saturday 2 months before we were to arrive. Accommodated us with another room in the same building for the first night, but terrible way to start off a family vacation. Entrance door to the stairwell off the balcony is rusted to the point where it won't even close, posing a serious security liability and tetanus exposure. Other than that, the place was very clean.

We enjoyed every morning coffee on the balcony with gulf view, the quiet beach area. The condo is well equipped as described, check in/out very easy and communication with Lisa very quickly.
