Beautiful townhouse with gulf and beach views from your balcony! Beach is just steps from the townhouse!No busy street to cross and townhouse is located in the west end of the complex by the beach away from the street! Newly renovated with new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which have been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washer and dryer. Loft area includes new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shops and bars!

Just steps from the beach, this is the perfect getaway. Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Spacious & comfortable. Love the deck for morning coffee with the sea breeze or evening sunsets. We will be back!

Beautiful view of the beach that is just steps away. Condo comes with all you need to enjoy a day at the beach...lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys and much more.We were very happy with the comfort of the condo. The host had plenty of supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, bath soap, etc. that made the stay even better without the added cost of having to purchase these items.Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
