Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals where parking is easy (and FREE) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street. FREE parking is easy on the property. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2 minute walk.
We provide beach chairs, a wagon, a beach umbrella, and beach towels.
This bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and ease, whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer beach stay. Located on the FIRST floor, the space is filled with natural light and has a breezy coastal feel throughout.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)
*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

This property is amazing! The space is perfect and the location couldn't be better! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A very short walk to the beach. The pool was a huge plus for us. The owners were fantastic with their communication and very prompt to respond. We will absolutely be booking with them again!

Our family has lived in Tampa since 1985 and have stayed at many many places along the way. This little piece of nostalgic beach properties will go down as one of my favorites! Off the busy beaten path, dog friendly, and all the modern conveniences plus the little EXTRAS with travelers in mind! Five stars from these locals! We loved it all!

The overall check in process and communication with the host was great. Quick responses and answers to questions. The property had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. We would stay there again but may want to check out the top floor as well just to separate ourselves from the gate entrance a bit. Overall a great experience, very very close walk to the beach and very close drive to everything else. Great property worth checking out and staying at if you are looking to be in IRB.

Andi's rental is clean, conveniently located, and with great amenities.
So conveniently located to everything (beach was a quick walk, restaurants, Publix supermarket.)
Our family of 4 loved that we had space to spread out (2 bdrms, sun room, pool area.)
All basic kitchen wares were provided and in good working order.
Beds were very comfy and blinds on windows appreciated to block streetlights. Plenty of closet and dresser space for clothing storage.
The apartment is nicely decorated without being cluttered.
Loved the beach buggy with chairs, umbrella, beach toys. Super nice to have easy transport to beach just 2 blocks away. And great to have the sun room to keep our beach items to keep sand out of apt!
My teen enjoyed winding down at day's end with the Roku TV.
Pool is unheated but not too cool for us, Minnesotans.
We didn't use it, but saw other guests using the provided propane grill by the pool area.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this IRB rental if you're looking for a clean, convenient place that's very nice but not fancy, with pool and many other amenities.
