Indian Rocks Beach is a laid-back, walkable beach town known for its relaxed vibe, friendly locals, and uncrowded white-sand beaches. Unlike busier resort areas, it offers a peaceful coastal experience while still being close to great dining, shops, and everyday essentials.
From the condo, you can walk to the beach in just minutes, stroll to local cafés, ice cream shops, and casual restaurants, or enjoy sunset walks along the Gulf. The area is perfect for biking, beachcombing, paddleboarding, and morning coffee runs without ever needing your car.
Indian Rocks Beach is ideal for couples, families, and snowbirds looking for an authentic Florida beach escape—quiet, charming, and welcoming, yet just a short drive from Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, and Tampa attractions.

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals where parking is easy (and FREE) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street, only a 2 minute walk. FREE parking is easy on the property.
We provide beach chairs, a wagon, a beach umbrella, and beach towels.
This bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and ease, whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer beach stay. Located on the SECOND floor, the space is filled with natural light and has a breezy coastal feel throughout.
The living area offers comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a TV—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
Both bedrooms feature cozy beds, quality linens, and ample storage to help you settle in and feel at home. The bathroom is clean and well-appointed, stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

NO SMOKING- inside or outside on property; $750 fee
No car? No problem! Many guests love how walkable the neighborhood is. The beach, local restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just a short walk away. Free on-site parking is included, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
This is a very family friendly neighborhood with walkers, runners, bikers, and people walking their dogs.
*Dog friendly to well behaved dogs and respectful owners. The pet fee is $195 (2 dogs max)
*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.
*Pack & Play available upon request.
****If guest cancels their booking AT ANY POINT AFTER RESERVING with V R B O or Direct they will be NOT be refunded the 4% processing fee (regardless of what is stated on V R B O).
*Need more space? Just ask. This is 1 unit of a 4 unit building. Our other units may be available (and each sleeps up to 6) if you have a larger group.

The condo was in easy walking distance to restaurants & the beach. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, etc. on warm days, the pool was enjoyable. The sunsets were beautiful! Andi, our host, was very responsive to questions that arose.

First time to Indian Rock beach area.Highly recommend this place..Whether its a stroll to the beach, relaxing by the pool or cruising Gulf Blvd for great food,live entertainment and shopping along with being in a quit neighborhood. Its all here.Looking forward to coming back

Large unit, clean comfortable across from the beach. Lots parking and pool. Good value unit especially for families. I recommend.
