About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy a relaxing and pristine stretch of beach. Our condo, "Casa de Playa," @ 612 Gulf Blvd. is spacious, modern, and clean. It offers over 2200 square feet of living space, in a building with only 14 units. Our condo is very relaxing and comfortable. The master bedroom features a king bed and large master bath with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third/middle bedroom has two twin beds. There's a large balcony and a separate laundry/pantry with large capacity washer and dryer. The condo building is right on the beach. Our unit does not directly face the Gulf. Our view is nice however -- a canal and residential area across the street. There is a partial view of the Gulf from side living room and bedroom windows and balcony sides. Numerous restaurants, shops, parks and more are within easy walking distance. Following hurricanes Helene and Milton, our property exterior has been completely renovated. New pool deck, outside amenities, and landscaping was redone in early 2025.
Other nearby beach amenities (only minutes away) include Johns Pass Village with unique shops, dining, parasail and wave runner rentals, deep sea fishing, pirate ship cruise, Dolphin spotting cruise. There is a unique Trolley that will take you anywhere between all the beaches that line Gulf Blvd. There are also many fine restaurants and bars with live music and karaoke along the beach.
Tampa is only 35 miles away with such amenities as: Busch Gardens Theme Park, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoological Park, Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ford Ampitheater, Channelside & Ybor City - known for their unique shops and restaurants, IMAX Theatres, dance clubs, and piano bars.
Disney World and Universal Studios Theme Parks are only two hours away on Interstate 4.

This property was as described. It was very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The only suggestions I would have relative to the condo itself is that the secondary bathroom tub needs something to make it safer. It is very slick and we were a bit concerned everytime my elderly father got into the tub. A rubber mat would be great and still make cleaning the tub easy. Also the pillows in the 2 smaller bedrooms could stand to be replaced. They are a bit flat. The pool area is nice as is the sundeck. This last comment has nothing to do with the condo but the parking under the building can be difficult to maneuver around. Just not much space and there are a lot of concrete support posts to stay aware of. We've been coming to Indian Rocks for 32 years. This was a nice unit.

This condo is clean, very spacious, and provides all the comforts a family could ask for. The beach and pool access includes a few steps from the elevator and the outdoor balcony, while does not provide an ocean view, is large and wraps around the entire backside of the unit. My family of 5 absolutely loved our week long stay and would highly recommend to other families visiting Indian Rocks Beach! 10 out 10!

This property was in a great area, easy walking to anything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in, loved the outdoor space also. Would love to come back to stay again.
