Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom #2.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, fireplace, sitting area, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom, located inside the home gym, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles available. 1 car can park inside the gate, and 2 cars can park outside gate on driveway facing garage door. No parking inside the garage.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front door area.

o (2) located at the second floor deck and actively monitoring the back sliding door,

o (3) located at the second floor deck and actively monitoring the gate going downstairs to the hallway.
