The house was outfitted with Air Conditioning in 2019 and solar pannels. While its almost always perfect weather in San Diego, occasionally an A/C or heater is helpful. Newly installed tubing for all heating and AC gives our home better than ever temperature modification and proper air flow, with an easy to use Nest thermostat. With lots of grass, deck and patio space with outdoor dining, BBQ, tetherball, basketball hoop and additional lounge seating you can play, relax and enjoy your space. There is a kids tree swing in front court-yard area with lockable front gate. Large grass backyard features a huge play structure, swings, trampoline, hammock, outdoor sectional sofa, outdoor dining table for 12. Lots of outdoor space for you to wind down, or have kids run around.

Ample Parking for 2 cars inside the garage, and 3 cars in driveway. Full laundry facilities in garage with sink. Outdoor shower off laundry area to rinse all the beach and surf from the day off.

65 inch 4K TV in Living Room with Roku Streaming and Blu-Ray. Large sectional couch and an electric plush recliner for enjoying the game or movie time. There is a fireplace and an upright piano.

Kitchen and Dining Room- Five burner stove, Convection Oven, large Fridge, stainless steel appliances, instant boiling water faucet and lots of counter-top space. Dish settings for 16, and plenty of pots, pans, and food prep items. Kitchen also includes coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and mixer. Counter height kitchen table seats 8, 3 bar stools, and a nearby 6 person Dining room table for plenty of indoor dining options. Wet Bar with additional sink next to Dining Table. The home is adorned with air cleaning plants in every room.

Bedroom #1- Main Level Queen. An additional exterior entrance is perfect for different groups to come and go. The entrance is off back patio. And located next to another bedroom.

Bedroom #2- Main Level Queen. Larger room with Queen size bed, ceiling fan, desk and long antique pew.

Bedroom #3- Upstairs Bunk Bed. Character themed bunk bed with desk, large sliding glass door access to balcony. Some toys and children’s books.

Bedroom #4- Upstairs Bunk Bed/kids fun room. Character themed bunk bed with additional pullout twin mattress, oversized bean bag lounge, comfy swivel chair, desk, safe wall mounted 47 in HD TV with Roku(Disney+, Netflix, etc), Wii(25 video games), large sliding glass door balcony access with peakaboo ocean view.

Bedroom #5- Upstairs Master- King bed, fireplace, cushioned bench, ceiling fan, 46 inch LED TV and private balcony with table and 4 chairs. Dual shower heads in master bath with separate vanity.

Bedroom #6- Upstairs Queen- Queen bed, desk, ceiling fan, bookshelf, large sliding glass door to balcony with peakaboo ocean view.
