It's the cutest little bungalo and very easy to find. Loved the long driveway off the street for the cars. Big kitchen, big main living area, nice size bedrooms and 2 big bathroons.
The property - nothing. The location was 1 block from the beach as it says. But the distance to other restaurants and the Village was a little farther than we expected.

Perfect location! Walk 1 block to the beach and 3-4 blocks to Carlsbad Village. Great food and shopping. My son rented a surf board and surfed 1 block from the house. We hosted my husbands family to his mothers 102yr old Birthday, about 10 people. It was so nice to have the balcony with table and lawn area. It’s beautiful!!!
lol I could have used a larger cheese grater. But I can not complain about that!!!
