It features a comfortable, single-story vacation apartment (approx. 110 square meters) that accommodates up to 8 people in a wonderfully peaceful and idyllic secluded location right on the Aper Tief. An ideal vacation destination for anglers, cyclists, and waterway hikers, families with children, and especially dog owners. The vacation home is occupied by long-term tenants in three other residential units.

Vast open countryside, rivers, bridges, and kilometers of walking and biking trails invite you to enjoy an eventful and relaxing vacation. Enjoy the breathtaking view across the vast expanses of East Frisia and the incomparable tranquility.
