Another good stay

Size location value for money

Sofa looks very dirty with numerous marks on it. Balcony was not cleaned and there was no toaster (is advertised on the website)

Apartment was spacious and clean, nice place to stay.

We got there late and it was dark, not knowing the area it took us a little while to find the building, then find the lockbox and then find the apartment. The unit wasn't labelled very well so there was some trial and error and we didn't want to wake up any of the tenants in the building trying different doors.

Really nice place to stay with plenty of space and comfort. I enjoyed being able to be self-sufficient with my own kitchen. Spacious and nice.

The kitchen could have had a little more equipment, e.g. a few larger mugs, a dishcloth or washing-up sponge rather than just a brush, and maybe a microwave - otherwise perfect!

All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Aurich.

The accommodation is very comfortable for a small family up to 4 persons. It is located not too far from the city center. A supermarket is also available within walking distance although it will be much easier if you have a car.

Host is only available via phone call and with very limited English. When we arrived, there is no clear instruction on how to connect to their wifi network. I need to make several phone call until i found someone who can speak English.

Eine großzügige, saubere Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles was man braucht war da. Es war auch zu 80 % modern eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Es gab in jedem Zimmer einen Fernseher. Und ausreichend Parkplätze im Aussenbereich.

Es war noch nicht ganz renoviert. Die Heizungstherme im Bad war etwas störend und die Terrassentür sah etwas alt aus. Außerdem war das Sofa sehr fleckig. Der Hausflur war nicht so einladend. Und es roch in der Wohnung nach Zigaretten. Im Bad gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeit.

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Räume sehr großzügig eingeteilt.

Die kleine Taste der Toilettenspülung war etwas tricki, das bitte kontrollieren lassen. Mir persönlich fehlten so ein paar Bilder mit Bezug auf Ostfriesland oder der Nordseeküste an den Wänden.

Wer über einige Unzulänglichkeiten hinwegsehen kann, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Wir sind in eine vorgeheizte Wohnung gekommen, brauchten also nicht zu frieren. Es war alles in der Wohnung was man zum täglichen leben und kochen benötigt. Die Betten waren bequem und Bettwäsche war vorhanden und auch schon aufgezogen. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Fernseher, was nicht alltäglich ist. Sehr schöner gepflegter Fliesenboden in der ganzen Wohnung.

Die beiden Sofas waren total fleckig, die haben wir nicht benutzt, es war ekelig. Das Wohnzimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, obwohl es einen Nichtraucherwohnung sein sollte und ein Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon stand. Der Balkon war voller Laub. Die Balkontür hatte schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Auf drei Nachtschränkchen lagen mehrere tote Fliegen. Wenn geputzt wird, kann man auch mal in die Ecken gehen. Die Dusche ist nicht richtig abgedichtet, so das eine Menge Wasser auf den Fußboden floss (Richtung WC). Die Wassertemperatur ließ sich schlecht regeln, bedingt durch den Durchlauferhitzer. Nach eine paar Tagen hätte man wohl den Dreh raus, aber wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort.

Hier würden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Bei unserer Ankuft war eines der beiden Zimmer nicht gereinigt! Das Bett war noch mit der Bettwäsche der Vormieter bezogen, inclusive schwarzer Haare. Auf die Couch im Wohnzimmer haben wir uns erst garnicht gesetzt, weil sie so versifft war. Um die Bettwäsche bzw. Reinigung, wurde sich jedoch am selben Tag noch gekümmert, nachdem ich eine E-Mail geschrieben hatte. Trotzdem ist das ärgerlich und unnötig.

Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage.

Die Unterkunft ist schön aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig und dennoch alles fußläufig oder mit kurzen Autofahrten gut erreichbar. Auch der Balkon ist vor allem im Sommer super schön, um die Sonne zu genießen. Die Wohnung war trotz 30 Grad nicht aufgeheizt.

Leider hat der angegebene Toaster gefehlt.

zentral gelegene Dachgeschosswohnung mit überraschendem Geräuschpegel

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Prinzipiell ist alles fußläufig: ZOB 10-15 Minuten, Innenstadt 15-20 Minuten, Supermarkt 15 Minuten. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, alle Utensilien sind vorhanden. Besonders gut sind die Matratzen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, das Oberlichtfenster im Bad ist auch sehr schön.

Wahrscheinlich ist die Warmwasser-Pumpe kaputt. In unregelmäßigen Abständen ist eine anhaltende Vibration zu hören und in den Heizungsrohren auch zu spüren (wie eine laute Bohrmaschine). In einer Nacht dauerte dieses Geräusch von 22.15 Uhr bis 1.30 Uhr (1.30 Uhr war ich duschen, danach war das Geräusch weg). Die folgenden Tage war dieses Geräusch auch, nach 5-10 Minuten warmes Wasser laufen lassen, war das Geräusch weg. Außerdem ist der Balkon sehr verdreckt.

Teleurstellend

Erg grote TV scherm om te kunnen bijv. gamen, moderne badkamer en lekker bedden

De plek is bedoeld voor 4-5 personen maar het keukengerei was erg karig, kleine soeppan waar je geen soep voor 4 mensen kon koken, kleine en erg beschadigd bakpan, broodmes, snijplank, bestek, borden, paar glazen en paar kleine koffie kopjes (geen dunschiller, kaasmes, kurkentrekker, rasp, afgiet, grote mokken). Voor ons was er belangrijk om zelf te kunnen koken en wij moesten pan aanschaffen om dat te kunnen doen. Zo wie zo vind ik dat je een kleine keukenblok (met 30cm werkruimte) in de smalle hal geen "keuken" mag noemen. Slapen op 1 van de bedden was ook niet erg comfortabel i.v.m. schuin plafond. Stoel in 1 van de slaapkamers had een gebroken poot (maar je ziet dat niet) en toen ik erop ging zitten lag ik opeens op de grond. In meerdere hoeken waren spinnenweb te vinden. Tijdens de laatste dag was er geen verwarming en geen warm water om te douchen of af te wassen. Meerdere keren gebeld met contactnummer waar bij stond: "contact hele dag mogelijk", maar er werd niet opgenomen. Met vries temperatuur buiten was dat geen leuke afsluiting van het verblijf.
