A great place if you’re not woken up by daylight.

The property itself is great.it’s big, the bed is very nice, it’s clean. The bathroom is great.and you can see that the owners put some attention to decorations.it’s great to finally be in a holiday rental in Germany and not feel like you’re living in the 80s.

In the bedroom there were skylights and these could not be covered which meant that I woke up at 5:15 because it was getting light outside. Also, there were white drapings in front of the window that didn’t block any light at all dot and there was fungus around the skylights. That’s the reason I have to give a negative review because it’s just impossible to have a good sleep.. and the pots were underneath the sink beside the garbage can which is also huge no go. If these issues would be fixed, then the property would be perfect

Schönes Appartment in guter & sehr ruhiger Lage!

Vor dem Hintergrund der Kosten ein sehr komfortables, vollumfänglich ausgestattetes, schönes und sehr ruhig gelegenes Appartment (App.#04) das man vorbehaltlos empfehlen kann! Schöner Wohn-/Essraum mit TV, geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichem TV, alles sauber & ordentlich und WLAN im Preis integriert. Alles bestens! Besonderes Plus: bei Aussentemperaturen von -3° waren alle Räume sehr angenehm temperiert!

Als kleine Kritik/Hinweis: die Vorhangstange an der EIngangstüre sollte mal repariert werden. Der Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken ebenfalls. Sonst alles bestens!

Keinen Schlüsselcode erhalten

Alles da, was man braucht.

Ich musste ab 15 Uhr bis nach 18 Uhr hinter dem Schlüsselcode telefonieren. Als ich eigentlich schon etwas anderes buchen wollte, kam dann als Antwort, wir haben soviel zu tun. Unfassbar, einen Übernachtungsgast so lange im Ungewissen zu lassen. Ich bin Vielübernachter und kann solche Spielereien überhaupt nicht gut ertragen.

Ruhige Lage, schöne Zimmer. Auch gleich vor dem Haus für jedes Zimmer einen Parkplatz, sehr gut. Sclüsselübergabe war sehr problemlos.

Parkplatz vorm Haus direkt. Tolle Einrichtung und Bequemes Bett und alles Modern.

Leider gibt es kein Mini Backofen wo man sich schnell mal eine Tiefkühlkost warm machen kann. Ab soll keine Kritik sein.

Die Lage, moderne Einrichtung, Bett war sehr bequem! Auch, dass es Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab sowie Seife zum duschen, fanden wir toll! Hinweis für andere: meldet euch bei Netflix, Prime usw ab (man hätte über euch Filme kaufen können!) !

Tische müssten mal nachgeschraubt werden, Dusche lief etwas schlecht ab, Sitzmöglichkeiten waren nicht sehr bequem. Ausstattung der Küche sehr einfach gehalten.

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Tiptop sauber, warm, ruhig und gut gelegen. Gute Matratzen. Einfache aber funktionale Ausstattung.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Handtuchhalter im Bad war defekt. Schneeberg vor dem Eingang. (War für meine, zur Zeit stark gehbehinderte Frau kaum zu überwinden. hab ich mit dem Kehrblech weggeschaufelt. War zu schaffen. alles gut.). Die Bettdecken sind für große Menschen sehr kurz. Da wäre eine Wolldecke im Schrank eine feine Option, zum drüberlegen. Aber ich hatte eine im Auto. Die Tischchen im Wohnzimmer sind wackelig.... da könnte mal jemand die Schrauben nachziehen. Aber das alles ist kein Meckern. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist top und wir hatten eine angenehme Nacht.

Kleine gemütliche Fewo in Ostfriesland für Kurztrip für 2 Personen

Die Fewo war sauber und ordentlich, es war alles vorhanden und die Größe für 2 Personen für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung. Es hat Alles, von der Buchung, der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, über Check Inn bis zum Check Out gut funktioniert. Danke an die Vermieter (-: Wir können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Helle, ruhige Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln.

Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, sehr ruhig, nächster Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geräumig, hell, für 4 Personen gut geeignet.

Einige Haushaltsgeräte fehlen oder sind defekt (Toaster, zu wenig Geschirr..). Feuermelder sind nicht angebracht, obwohl sie da liegen. Im Badezimmer sind die Handtuchhalter und die Brausenkopfhalterung kaputt.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine Nacht (oder einige wenige Nächte)

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Problemloser "CheckIn" mit Zimmerschlüssel im Schlüsselsafe. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, trotzdem ruhige Nebenstraße. Einkaufszentrum und Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen.

Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit Wohnung 3

Die Lage und ohne die anderen Problematiken auch die Ausstattung und Gestaltung.

Leider ist eine Bewertung eines Aufenthaltes nicht möglich. Denn beim betreten der Wohnung 3 bekam ich sofort einen Asthma Anfall. Das Problem war schnell gefunden, Schimmel an den Dachfenstern über dem Bett . Alles war klamm und feucht. Der muffige Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Wir sind sofort aus der Wohnung raus. Mein Mann hat die Vermieter kontaktiert. Die Dame war nett , allerdings hat man uns eine alternative angeboten eine halbe Stunde entfernt mit dem Auto.... Wir waren allerdings auf Fußläufig und Öffis angewiesen. Weswegen wir die Alternative nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Wir mussten uns dann auf die Suche nach etwas in der Stadt machen. Doppelte Kosten und Nerven. Zudem hat sich mein Asthma nicht beruhigt trotz Spray und musste mich erst noch in Ärztliche Behandlung begeben. Nach einer weiteren E-Mail mit dem Chef die, die Wohnungen vermietet wurde eine Erstattung abgelehnt. Weil uns eine Alternative angeboten wurde.... Die wir nicht hätten nutzen können.... Nicht mal eine Kulanz und Entschuldigung oder das man sich der Problematik der Wohnung annimmt. Wenn man selbst offenbar in Marienhafe sitzt und sich offensichtlich nicht selbst um die Wohnungen kümmert und nur Geld kassiert ist das schon traurig und erbärmlich. Ob die Problematik auch die anderen Wohnungen betrifft kann ich nicht beurteilen. Hier geht es nur um die Wohnungen Nummer 3.

Die Lage war topp.Die Austattung ausreichend.Die Ferienwohnung war sauber.

Die komplette Ferienwohnung hat sehr stark nach Nikotin gerochen.Selbst die Matratzen und Handtücher. Es gab leider Flecken auf den Bettlaken, die man nicht austauschen konnte.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit hübscher Terrasse und kleinen Mängeln in der Ausstattung

Schön gelegen und die Terrasse nach hinten bot Privatsphäre. Die Einrichtung ist ok, schönes großes Bad und der Wohn/Essraum ebenfalls ausreichend. Die "Küche" allerdings besteht aus einer Spüle mit Unterschrank und daneben einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Ausstattung ist minimal und es gibt noch nicht mal einen Backofen. Für 2 Nächte ist es ok, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir schon mehr Komfort wünschen.
