El lugar es muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y bien informado sobre el lugar. El anfitrión es muy detallista. Tiene una excelente ubicación cercana al centro que tiene lugares lindos para comer y hacer compras. Se puede ir caminando. Tiene un estacionamiento muy cómodo también.

Die Lage war perfekt. Keine 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Meiner Meinung nach war das Bett zu hart aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Die Ferienwohnung war ein Einzimmerappartment mit sep. Toilette/Dusche und mit großer Terrasse. Kochplatte und Brötchenbachautomat waren o.k. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Esens, von dort kann man nahezu alle Fährhäfen zu den Inseln gut erreichen.
Die Unterkunft wird beworben mit einem sehr attraktiven Foto (Abb.2), welches aber nicht für alle Wohnungen repräsentativ ist. Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in zwei Häusern, die aneinandergebaut sind. Man weiß vorher nicht, dass man im rückwärtigen Haus (Abb. 1) untergebracht ist!. Das ist leider eine ziemliche Täuschung, wenngleich die Unterbringung ganz ordentlich ist. Aber man zahlt für das repräsentative Haus und bekommt etwas anderes! Ich empfehle dem Anbieter, dies sofort zu ändern.
