About this apartment rental
The cozy apartment in the relaxation house is centrally located in the child-friendly Bensersiel. It has a living room with a separate bedroom, but not separated by a door, a kitchen with dining area and a shower / toilet.
The well-equipped apartment of approx. 50 sqm invites you to relax, comfortably furnished it offers space for 2, maximum 3 people and possibly a small child. In addition to a double bed, there is also a sofa bed. A travel cot is available free of charge on request.
Car parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The large, beautiful communal garden is equipped with a grill, tables and seating so that you can spend beautiful hours there alone or with other guests. Play equipment for the children is also available.
You can easily reach the Kurmittelhaus, the spa gardens and the thermal baths on foot.
The Nordseetherme offers bathing fun, a sauna and a wide range of wellness and fitness options.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach both the town center and the beautiful bathing beach and and the sea water outdoor pool, the harbor and the ferry pier to Langeoog.
You will find a wide range of sports and play options in and on the beach portal:
A sports theme park, a large beach playground, the covered sand play area "Benny's Adventure Land" not only for bad weather and the children's program with Benny Bärenstark ensure a varied holiday for young and old.
Shops, restaurants with regional cuisine and cafes can be found in a large selection in the immediate vicinity.
A supermarket and bakery are also in the village. Fresh fish from the cutter is available directly at the port.
Fresh sea air and the endless expanse of the sea guarantee relaxation in every season.
Experience the diverse flora and fauna on a mudflat hike, enjoy the sun and a fresh breeze protected in a beach chair, explore the untouched nature of East Frisia by bike or simply let your soul dangle with a good cup of East Frisian tea.
The guest contribution of the municipality ("tourist tax") as well as the apartment cleaning, bed linen and towels are not yet included in the rental price.
If necessary, these are to be paid in cash upon arrival:
Bed linen and towels per person (1x bed linen, shower towel and 2 towels) EUR 16.00.
Apartment cleaning fee for cleaning before your arrival EUR 49.00.
In addition, a spa fee must be paid to the community on behalf of the community all year round. The amount of this spa contribution varies according to the season and is billed separately on your arrival.
On request and by arrangement, it is possible to bring smaller dogs in this apartment for an additional cleaning fee. Please contact us about this.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Abwicklung super gelaufen.
Ich kenne Bensersiel, da ich mittlerweile mehrmals dort war und bereits mehrere Objekte gemietet hatte.
Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Toller Garten zum Entspannen!
Es ist jedoch sehr hellhörig. Bei ruhigen Nachbarn sicherlich kein Problem. Die hatte ich leider nicht durchgehend, wofür die Vermieter nichts können!!!!
Die Wohnung Nr. 5 könnte hier und da (Schlafzimmer und Küche ggf. Bad) ein bisschen mehr modernisiert werden. Das ist nur mein persönlicher Eindruck. Retrocharme ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden. Deswegen gibt's von mir in der Gesamtbewertung einen Stern weniger und weil ich bereits für ähnliche Miete wesentlich modernere Objekte besucht habe.
Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und ich hatte eine schöne Zeit. Auch weil meine Schwester mit Familie in Wohnung 4 war und ich den Wintergarten und die Terrasse mitbenutzen konnte.
Alles in allem ist das Haus Erholung empfehlenswert.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung , bis auf den Parkplatz , der leider nicht so einfach zu anzufahren war

Wohnung war sauber und nah am Deich und Hafen .Das Bett klatscht laut und das Schlafzimmer ist schön Alt,und ein Backofen fehlt .
