This quiet, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment on the first floor offers central accommodations in Hamburg for up to two people and is ideal for business travelers and tourists. With its proximity to the main train station and downtown Hamburg, the apartment provides the perfect starting point for exploring numerous attractions.
A Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are available for your use.
The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated former cookie factory. The famous “Kem’sche Kuchen” were once produced here. The buildings have retained their traditional charm.
The one-room apartment features beautiful pitch pine flooring, so you won’t have cold feet—even in winter.
The open living area features a high table that seats up to 2 people, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a good start to the day or a balanced meal. In addition to the stove, you’ll find a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
The apartment is furnished with a comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed. Thanks to the double-glazed windows and blackout curtains, you’ll be able to sleep soundly at any time without being disturbed by noise.
The bathroom is also accessible from the living area. In addition to the toilet, the bathroom features a shower and a washer-dryer.
Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. A hair dryer is also available.
In addition, all household appliances—such as a vacuum cleaner and an iron—are available.

The apartment is located in the middle of a commercial complex. The businesses on the premises are quiet.
Arriving by Car
In general, parking permits are required in this resident parking zone during operating hours, with a maximum fee of 10 euros per day.
These regulated hours apply on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Designated electric vehicles may park free of charge when using a parking disc within the specified maximum parking duration.
Lost and found items can be picked up free of charge at our central office in Hamburg or for a flat-rate handling fee of 20 euros plus insured shipping costs.
