This quiet, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment on the first floor offers central accommodations in Hamburg for up to two people and is ideal for business travelers and tourists. With its proximity to the main train station and downtown Hamburg, the apartment provides the perfect starting point for exploring numerous attractions.
A Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are at your disposal.
The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated former cookie factory. This is where the famous “Kem’sche Kuchen” were once produced. The buildings have retained their traditional charm.
The one-room apartment features beautiful solid wood parquet flooring, so you won’t have cold feet—even in winter.
The open living area features a high table that seats up to 2 people, and of course includes a smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a great start to the day or a balanced meal. In addition to the stove, you’ll also find a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
The apartment features a comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed. Thanks to the double-glazed windows and blackout pleated blinds, you’ll be able to sleep soundly at any time without being disturbed by noise.
The bathroom is accessible from the living area. In addition to the toilet, the bathroom features a shower and a top-loading washing machine.
Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. A hair dryer is also available for your use.
In addition, all household appliances—such as a vacuum cleaner and an iron—are available.
You’ll discover lots of exciting accessories; I love to decorate each apartment individually. Look forward to it and make yourself at home!!!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator!
Depending on availability, you’re welcome to reserve a parking spot right outside the door for 10 EUR/day. No guarantee and only upon request!!!
There are other guest apartments from different providers located below and next to this apartment in the building, so you may encounter other people outside the door.
The apartment is located in the middle of a commercial complex. The businesses in the area are quiet.
Arriving by car
In general, parking permits are required in this resident parking zone during operating hours, at a maximum of 10 euros per day.
These regulated hours apply on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Designated electric vehicles may park free of charge when using a parking disc within the specified maximum parking time limit.
Lost and found items can be picked up free of charge at our central office in Hamburg or for a flat-rate handling fee of 20 euros plus insured shipping costs.
