This quiet, fully equipped 2-room apartment on the 1st floor offers central accommodations in Hamburg for up to 4 people and is ideal for business travelers and tourists. With its proximity to the main train station and downtown Hamburg, the apartment provides the perfect starting point for exploring numerous attractions.
A Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are at your disposal.
The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated former cookie factory. This is where the famous “Kem’sche Kuchen” were once produced. The buildings have retained their traditional charm, so you’ll discover small remnants of this history even inside the apartment, such as a beautiful recessed column that serves as a support.

The livingand bedroom, there’s beautiful real wood parquet flooring, so you won’t have cold feet even in winter. The bedroom features a closet consisting of several lockers where you can easily store all your bags and suitcases.
The open living area features a dining table that seats up to 4 people, as well as a small, fully equipped kitchenette. Just a few steps away, you can kick back on the comfortable couch in front of the smart TV. The couch is a high-quality convertible sofa that can be turned into a bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m.
From the living room, you have direct access to the bedroom with its comfortable 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you can sleep soundly at any time without being disturbed by loud noises. In addition, blackout pleated blinds provide shade even during the day, so you can sleep in even in the summer.
From the living room, you can also access the bathroom. Here, in addition to the toilet, you’ll find the shower and a washing machine. Daylight streams in through the window, bathing the bathroom in natural colors.
Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. A hair dryer is also available for your use.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a great start to the day or a balanced meal. Here you’ll find a stove and oven, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a small selection of exquisite coffee and tea varieties.
We’ve also provided a microwave for your use.

In general, a parking permit is required in this residential parking zone during the regulated hours, with a maximum fee of 10 euros per day.
These regulated hours apply on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Designated electric vehicles may park free of charge when using a parking disc within the specified maximum parking duration.
Lost and found items can be picked up free of charge at our central office in Hamburg or shipped for a flat-rate handling fee of 20 euros plus insured shipping costs.
