Welcome to A Wave From It All, your ideal beach escape along the iconic Scenic Highway 30A. This inviting third-floor condo is located in the newly built Hidden Lake community on the west end of Santa Rosa Beach, offering modern comforts, excellent amenities, and convenient access to the beach.
The Hidden Lake community features a zero-entry swimming pool, a large fitness center, an outdoor grilling area, and an easy 5–7 minute walk to the beach. Inside the condo, you’ll find a bright and welcoming space with an open-concept kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. A stackable washer and dryer provide added convenience, especially for extended stays.
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, comfortably hosting your group. Step out onto the private patio to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.
To make your beach days effortless, the condo is stocked with beach essentials, including four beach towels, four beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon.

Community & Parking
Hidden Lake is a gated community, with access details provided prior to arrival. This unit includes two designated parking spaces, and gas-powered golf carts are permitted when parked in clearly marked areas. Additional parking is available throughout the complex.
You’ll be just steps away from popular local spots, including restaurants, ice cream shops, boutiques, and guest-favorite Shunk Gulley.
Beach Access
Choose from three nearby public beach access points:
Spooky Lane Access: Cross 30A, head right, then turn left onto Spooky Lane—about three blocks away and ending directly at the beach.
Gulfview Heights Access: Cross 30A and head left, then turn right onto Gulfview Heights Street. Limited parking is available, along with beach chair rentals and bike racks.
Ed Walline Beach Access: Located approximately one mile east, offering parking, picnic tables, and beautiful Gulf views. Conveniently located across from Shunk Gulley.
