This property worked very well for our family. Very clean, short walk to beach and can’t beat the king beds/bathroom ensuites. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in a few nights. Communication was amazing! Thank you for making our condo reservation the easiest part of our vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well equipped and the layout worked great. We weren’t really expecting two flights of stairs. I guess I should’ve assumed but really wasn’t thinking about no elevators on the property. The only issues we had was the refrigerator needed a filter replacement so we had to continuously listen to the beeping noise when getting water or ice. We didn’t bother management over it though. They might want to replace before the next renters though as it became annoying after a bit. Also, the tires were low on the beach wagon and we had no way to air them up. They weren’t completely flat and it still worked for us. This is also something management might want to check out for the next renters. The only last thing was we had to clean the ash out of the grill before we could cook because it wouldn’t get hot enough to cook the food. Management may want to ask the property people to try and keep the ash build up out of the grills. Other than that we had a great trip. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrellas available. That was a nice touch. Thanks for having us!!

I had to call twice for help and was greeted with kindness and eagerness to help both times. We absolutely loved the condo, the beds were comfortable and it was the most well equipped I’ve stayed at in Santa Rosa. Very clean!!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the location was perfect! The pool was wonderful and it was close to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely be back!
