Dolphin Tales is #5 @ Legend's of Santa Rosa Beach, this unit is a 4BR/4.5 bath Townhome located in quiet Santa Rosa Beach that accommodates up to 13 guests and has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will also have access to 2 swimming pools (newly refurbished), hot tub, sand volleyball area, tennis courts, and propane gas grills for your use. Covered parking is provided for two vehicles. Additional uncovered parking is available for extra vehicles beside tennis courts.

Area was very nice and clean. Beach was a short easy walk away. Beaches were not very crowded and the water was crystal clear. Condo was very roomy, plenty of bathrooms for all!!

Overall it was a great place to stay! We stayed at the beach everyday all day. Kids loved the pool when not at beach and quiet neighborhood! Would stay again!

Nice house. Good AC. Good showers. Master bedroom needs a new mattress and pillows.

Property is nice on the outside; clean pools, manicured grounds, nice hot tub. Easy parking, and access to beach and local restaurants are within walking distance. Our particular unit definitely needed: 1) the carpet cleaned ( we paid a pet fee and our pet does not have accidents so why not use this money to clean the carpet? 2) a fresh coat of paint 3) clean set of stairs to unit 4) clean living room furniture or put throw covers over to make it look clean.
