We had a great trip!! Host was exceptional at responding promptly to all my questions before and during our trip. Excellent location, fantastic pool, and the golf cart was great!! Highly recommend for large groups. We had plenty of space for our crew. The beds and pillows were comfy and couldn’t have asked a better experience!! Will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect for our family. Every sleeping area has its own bathroom which was really nice. There was plenty of seating in the living room and we loved having the pool table in the living room area so people could play and still be a part of the other activities that were going on. The golf cart was a convenient way to get to and from the beach and pool. There are lots of decks off the house on the various levels but it was too hot for us to enjoy sitting outside that much. We had an infant with us and there was a highchair and 2 pack-n-plays that really made things easier. Jacob was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was so friendly.

Amazing place-awesome neighborhood pool (best around) great community and location! Jacob was wonderful with communication. Only 3 cars are able to be there - which was fine for us, but having more than three cars could be problematic because they don’t allow parking in the cul-de-sac or at the Pool community.For what we used it for I give this place a five star
