Fittingly located on Charming Way, 30A Emerald Tower is an enchanting, luxurious 4-bedroom beach home with space for 16 of your friends and family. Just a short stroll away from the beach access point and the bright blue community swimming pool, larger groups will love the thoughtful layout and multiple living spaces.
The bright corner lot lets in lots of natural sunlight and has classic, coastal curb appeal. Once inside, the main level great room is chic and laid-back, with not one but TWO plush sofas, a corner fireplace, a large HDTV, and lots of nautical-themed accent pieces. Next to the living area is a formal dining table with seating for ten, plus a kitchen island with seating for three more.
In the chef-inspired kitchen, the spacious, granite-topped island includes a high-end gas range top and is surrounded by crisp white cabinetry. The premier appliance suite includes a wall oven with a microwave oven, an efficient dishwasher, and a large stainless refrigerator. There’s even an HDTV mounted in the kitchen so no one misses anything- perfect for big game days!
The first of three primary bedroom suites is just down the hallway and features a sumptuous king-size bed that faces an HDTV. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a huge wet room with a separate soaking tub and a shower area with multiple showerheads. The second and third primary bedroom suites also include king-size beds and delightful ensuite bathrooms with step-in showers.
On the third floor, another inviting living area has multiple sofas, a large HDTV, and even a convenient wet bar with a fridge and a sink- perfect for sunset cocktails. Next to this amazing space is the fourth bedroom, a bunk room with two full-over-full-size bunk beds, and both bunks have twin-size trundle beds. This house was wonderful! It accommodated 3 families with plenty of room, kitchen was stocked very well with quality pans, cookwear and storage containers. It had everything we needed. Very satisfied and will plan to stay again! Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, located close to the beach, well maintained and very clean. Kitchen was full stocked with cooking utensils. The ac worked great, I did have to keep setting it as it would change automatically at different times of the day but it would always reset and kept house cool. Process was seamless and very pleasant. Thank You!
