Welcome to Salty Dunes – a luxurious vacation rental home in Blue Mountain Beach, a quaint beach town along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bathroom, this spacious 30A vacation home comfortably sleeps 19 guests, making it perfect for large families or group getaways. Just one-quarter mile from the sparkling shoreline of the Emerald Coast, you are only steps away from sinking your toes in the soft sugar-white sand or taking a dip in the crystal-clear Gulf waters.
Arriving at Salty Dunes, you will instantly know you are on vacation from the caress of the salty sea breeze and abundance of palm trees that lead up to the two-story home, which features double-decker wrap-around porches. Stepping inside you are greeted by the tastefully decorated coastal style of the home, creating a relaxing atmosphere for your beach vacation.
The first floor of Salty Dunes features an open living space with a kitchen, living room and dining area, all with access to the backyard screen porch, sundeck and private pool. Also on the first floor is first bedroom of the home, which boasts a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a large tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. A convenient half bathroom completes the first-floor layout.
Ascending to the second floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms, each with their own unique charm. The second bedroom is a large suite that features a king bed, kitchenette and access to the second-floor wrap-around porch, along with an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The third bedroom, located on the landing of the second floor, hosts a queen bed and a twin/queen bunk bed, perfect for the kids. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen bed. A laundry room and the third full bathroom, with a tub-shower combo, round out the second floor.
This home also offers two living spaces outside the main house. The pool house on the main level offers a living space with a TV and arcade machine. It also offers a loft sleeping area with a queen bed that would be perfect for a teenager or young adult who needs their own space. Over the garage you will also find the carriage house, which offers a comfortable couch, TV and kitchenette. The carriage house bedroom offers a private bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. This space is ideal for someone who doesn't mind stairs and wants a place away from your main group.

Love that we were just a few minutes to the beach. The house accommodated our party of 16. The only thing that needs to be updated are the bedroom arrangements. There is only one room with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. Other than that we loved it there!
