Perfect for family reunions, boys/ girls trips, holiday get-togethers. 3 stories and over 3600 feet of memory-making on the famous 30A. Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach with plenty of parking and access to Deer Lake beach and Seagrove Beach. Comes with passes to Beachside Villas private parking to enjoy beach sunsets. All amenities available.

This was the best beach house we have stayed at. The only minus was that it wasn’t easy to access the beach. Several miles drive and not many parking places there. We would stay at Prominence again. Loved The Hub.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It was an adjustment for us to have to drive down the highway to the beach instead of having a beach entrance in the neighborhood but overall a great time.

We booked the house for Spring Break, we had 3 moms, 5 girls and 6 boys, all 10th graders. The layout and number of beds and bedrooms was perfect. And we loved having the huge kitchen and large dining table. We will definitely come back. And the home owners were super responsive.

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location. Our family had a great time enjoying the beaches, The Big Chill and shopping in Seaside & Rosemary Beach. Would definitely come back again.
