Parking - Eight standard-size vehicles may park at the property. No oversized vehicles, buses, or large trailers are permitted—no street parking.
Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
*The pool can be heated from Oct 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested three days before arrival.
Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to acquire additional items needed.
Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your fur babies.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but apps offer thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected when booking, and require a permit that we obtain.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Overall, the property was the perfect size for our very large group and lived there was a bathroom in every bedroom. The only critique is it didn’t look as nice as the pictures and I had hoped there would be larger pots/pans that would accommodate a large group of people trying to cook meals. We came prepared just in case that happened. However, for the price and size of the property, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed how close the beach was. I would recommend this property. Also the pool was perfect for the young kids as it was not deep and most of them could stand up on the deeper side.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — super close to the beach, and the golf cart was a huge bonus. The private pool was a favorite for our family, and the house comfortably fit all 12 of us with plenty of space. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property was incredible and held 10 adults and 16 kids no problem. Anytime we had any questions or concerns they immediately answered and fixed any worries we had. Can’t recommend this property and management enough. Loved the place

This stay was in the beginning of March for Spring Break. For the first two days the hot tub did not heat, and we had to make a call about that. Then, the morning after the maintenance lady "fixed" the hot tub, the pool randomly drained, and to the point of no water in the shallow end. The pool was unusable for the last 2 days of the stay. Also, beware that the listing says its a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the property, but its not until you click through the rental agreement with electronic initials and signatures that it gets more specific about the age requirements. So, after making the service call about the pool draining, the management company made the 22 and 23 year olds vacate the property when they had about 16 hours before check out. The management company had no regard to the fact that these guys had to drive 8 hours home having them arrive about 3:30am. The guests had been completely respectful of the property and caused no issues otherwise. Even after the guests vacated the property I kept making the point that the listing does not include the requirement, and the management company refused to see that as an issue. They only kept referring to the rental agreement, which is something you don't even see until after you've made the non-refundable payment for the reservation. Under "House Rules" in the listing it appears as if the listing is to include further information from the management company, but it is only the first sentence. Not clear.
