Welcome to Saltwater Sanctuary, the ultimate Miramar Beach group getaway. This stunning three-level beach house offers spacious living near the beach with estate-level amenities all under one roof. The large backyard with saltwater pool surrounds you with Florida’s tropical vibe. With over 5,000 sq ft, 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and space for 28 guests, everyone has room to spread out while still coming together easily.

Refresh in the private pool, soak in the hot tub under the stars, fire up the outdoor kitchen, or head to the game room for billiards and a view of the gulf from the balcony. Sunny chairs, shaded retreats there’s always the perfect place to relax. A golf cart is available for easy beach trips and exploring the neighborhood.

Saltwater Sanctuary is just steps from the beach access, with bathrooms, outdoor showers, and a handicap-accessible ramp. You are close to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, award-winning restaurants, family-friendly activities, and vibrant nightlife, many of which are reachable by a stroll along the scenic beachside walking path.

Parking - Eight standard-size vehicles may park at the property. No oversized vehicles, buses, or large trailers are permitted—no street parking.

Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In - 4 PM (Central)
Check Out – 10 AM (Central)

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*The pool can be heated from Oct 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested three days before arrival.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to acquire additional items needed.

Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your
fur babies.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but apps offer thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected when booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
