Sol Mate is a lovely, two-story vacation home that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald green waters. Enjoy 50 ft. of private beach exclusive to this home from your own personal private beach access.
Upon entry you will be greeted by Sol Mate’s spacious open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living areas blending seamlessly together. This tranquil and serene living space echoes the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast with all-white walls and furnishings. The living space features 3 sleeper sofas. The formal dining area provides seating for 8 guests. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar by the kitchen or at a second bar space which offers seating for 4. The open and bright kitchen is fully-stocked, has stainless steel appliances and features an island for extra prep-space.
For sleeping arrangements on the first floor, you will find 2 King Suites featuring their own attached private bathrooms and a custom built bunk room with 2 sets of Queen/Queen Bunks!
On the second floor you will find all King Suites, and a sleep quarters with 2 Queen beds. Each of the elegant King Suites come with beautiful gulf views, one has a private bathroom and the other has a shared bath. The first King Suite features a unique wicker headboard — wicker being a classic and tasteful material for coastal, beachfront furnishings. The Master King Suite includes a gorgeous 4-poster bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, a private bath. This room sleeps 5 guests. The master bath features a walk-in shower and large garden tub.
This home is within minutes to grocery stores, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, beach front restaurants, and many other attractions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*This home rents ONLY Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer Months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
* Weddings/Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.*
* Wedding Permit- This home does require a permit from the county that is separate from the $750.00 event fee from Beach Reunion*
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES
Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, your rental of Sol Mate will include 12 oversized, luxurious beach towels for your use!
BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, mid May - mid August annually. Service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *
Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com
Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

This was hands down the best beach family vacation we have ever had. Sixteen family members total, and there was plenty of room to spare. This home is very large, with enough room to spread out, and we never felt cramped at all! The beach view was perfect, and the pool was great for the littles. We were so grateful that there were 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. When you have this many people together, both are needed. There was also plenty of storage for pantry items. It was clean and well-maintained. The property manager was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours past check-out. It was a huge blessing for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The house provided an almost perfect venue for our family & friends. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was adequate, the living area spacious, and the patio/pool area was our hangout with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The house though isn’t without its eccentricities. The master bedroom has no closet to hang your clothes, just shelving. The refurbishment, although nice, was left unfurnished in areas. And the doors appear and operate as original to the house. One final issue, the management company could not provide me with an accurate Floor Plan of the house, which would have been very helpful to assign bedrooms to my guests. All in all, the house, beach and view provided a wonderful venue for our celebration.

20 of us (10 adults and 10 children) stayed. The location is absolutely perfect & having both the pool and the beach right there was wonderful! The house, however, definitely needs some work. Two bathrooms had either no warm water or no water pressure, making them unusable for showers. Microwave is broke but works, dishwasher works once you can get it to close properly, a toilet runs constantly, kitchen faucet drips constantly, pool heater quit working (someone came out within a day to fix). Our group enjoyed our stay but would’ve liked a few less house headaches to deal with.

Lacking basic items. Floors were very dirty, turned the bottoms of our feet black. Sand in the bed. We had one bath towel in our room for a 5 night stay. Pool was grossly lacking in chlorine. Back patio door lock was broken, couldn’t lock the door during our entire stay. The ceiling fan in our room didn’t work. It’s obvious this owner doesn’t care about the customer when they won’t address very basic maintenance and cleaning issues.
