The large, private, enclosed pool area comes complete with a covered outdoor porch featuring a bar, outdoor kitchen and pool view large screen television. Enjoy a five hole putting green (complete with putters and golf balls) is provided to sharpen your putting skills. The fire pit with built in seating is the perfect location for relaxing on a cool evening. There is even a large poolside pavilion perfect for hosting any special event.
The first floor layout boasts a spacious game room complete with wet bar, regulation size Brunswick pool table, arcade game cocktail table and large screen television and seating.
The second floor features three King suites all with private bathrooms including the master suite of the house. The master suite has a private door to a pool view balcony. There is a second bunkroom complete with full bathroom. There is also a large spacious gulf view balcony accessible by the entire floor. Laundry room is at the end of the second floor hallway.
The third floor is the focal point of the indoor living space with a sleek, open concept, coastal living room featuring pecky, pine ceilings, generous windows with expansive gulf views, multiple seating areas and open to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow. The dining area offers seating for 16 while 4 more can sit at the breakfast bar. An additional 6 diners can sit at the third floor balcony dining table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The ample sized gourmet kitchen features a professional 7-Burner Double Convection Oven, separate beverage center, ice maker, ample storage and is anchored by a massive center island.
The rooftop deck with it's panoramic gulf views is the perfect setting for coffee or sunset cocktails.

Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*
Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Exclusive to Beach Reunion guests, we offer electric street-legal golf cart rentals at rates well below other Destin/Miramar Beach providers. Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated.)

Interaction with Guests:
Our office is open 7 days a week with daily hours of 9am to 5pm central. We encourage guests to text/call our office staff or send a direct email to best assist. We do ask that any issues maintenance/housekeeping issues are brought to our attention no later than 24 hours after check-in to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. *Please note refrigerators can take up to 24 hours to cool back down once loaded with groceries. Please allow time before calling the office. The after hours emergency number is meant only for true emergencies, whole house power outages, catastrophic leaks, fire etc. Pool issues are not considered an emergency.

Had a wonderful vacation, great facility. The house has a few issues but the management company was amazing and addressed everything in a quick manner! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the Gray Whale was perfect! We had a large group of family from grandparents all the way down to a baby, and it worked for everyone! The location was perfectly situated right across from a beach access, and the large amount of rooms and bathrooms made it feel like we all had room to spread out. But the highlight of this house is for sure the backyard! We spent hours in the pool, playing cornhole, using the putting green and watching the NBA finals on the backyard TV. The property management company was so responsive and helpful and even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Very friendly and easy to work with! We also loved the 1:30 check in time. We will definitely be booking this house again when we come back to Destin next summer.

the home was mostly "as advertised", however it is definitely in need of some repairs and maintenance. All of the walls needed to be painted (not a big deal but it set a first impression that was backed up as we explored the home). Overall the house "looked" good, but there were a few things that really needed fixed. Most every shower had so little water pressure, you could bareley
