***** We had an absolutely wonderful Holiday gathering for our ER staff at Good Day Sunshine December 19th, and we truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. It has been years, since pre-COVID times, that we’ve been able to have such a great holiday gathering, and this venue was absolutely perfect for bringing everyone together.
The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. It provided the ideal setting for a relaxed, joyful celebration, and we had an amazing turnout. A huge part of that success was thanks to Jim and Carrie at Beach Reunion. They were exceptionally accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. From planning through the event itself, they made the entire process easy and stress-free.
This was exactly the kind of gathering we’ve missed for years, and Good Day Sunshine made it possible. If you’re looking for a fantastic home and an outstanding management team that truly cares, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend! -Patrick
***** Very spacious house on all 3 levels. It was beautiful and there was definitely enough room for at least 34 people, although we had only about 16 people. Great location close to the beach. I wish we would have had some extra days to hang out here. I will definitely be back to stay here at this location again! The house manager was also great and very responsive. Everything was perfect

We held our annual sales meeting at this house and it was the perfect venue for the meeting. The main floor had a great layout in order to have meetings, with a tv in the middle in order to put up presentations. We loved the kitchen area with all of the refrigerators for the food and drink we brought in. The gas stove was great and the multiple tables for dining was great. We had the pool and hot tub heated to the perfect temperatures for our stay. That was a game changer. Our team hung out there as much or more than at the beach, which was a short walk away. Overall, this is a great home for a large group. Plenty of rooms/beds for sleeping and a great layout. I highly recommend this home. The house manager, Carrie, was super attentive and great to work with as well!

Bedrooms and all the private baths were great. A few houses down from the beach access. Extremely clean house. Pool was nice and so was the hot tub. The game room on the 3rd floor was utilized by all. Our stay was very enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our needs. We had 20 adults from 3 generations plus 4 little ones and a baby. All rooms with a bathroom (except one bunk room with external bath) so each couple/family had their privacy. Common spaces and kitchen are very large so no stepping on each others toes. Read info for details but I can see this house useful for even larger groups, particularly adding teenagers or young adults. Carrie contacted us a few days out to go over details. She was very accessible during our stay and made everything easy. So much more to say but I’ll just summarize that our trip was excellent.Side note: we rented extra beach chairs and a cart but the cart is not useful at this location because of stairs going onto beach. Also, the chairs and umbrellas provided are set up every day (no hassle).
