Tall Cool One is #6 @ Legend's of Santa Rosa Beach, this unit is a 4BR/4.5 bath Townhome located in quiet Santa Rosa Beach that accommodates up to 12 guests and has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico You will also have access to 2 swimming pools (newly refurbished), hot tub, sand volleyball area, tennis courts, and propane gas grills for your use. Covered parking is provided for two vehicles. Additional uncovered parking is available for extra vehicles.

2 masters with a balcony and 2 rooms with 2 queens Convenient location to walk to town for ice cream, or walk/bike to beach Nice pools to relax in as well Quiet but still close to many things and not as crazy as seaside
Only negative: not great if you have someone who can’t handle stairs well

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, as you could walk right across the street to public beach access. The property manager was very responsive, and the home was clean and ready upon arrival. The hot tub on the side we stayed on was concreted in/closed off, so we did have to walk to the other side to enjoy a hot tub. The view from the top balcony was nice as well, as you could see a little bit of the ocean in the corner. We would stay here again.
