The moment you park in our gated community, you'll step into a chic, open-concept condo loaded with simple luxuries. Sip your morning joe on the private patio, all while catching some ocean sound waves.
Sleep like royalty in the master bedroom's king-size bed, and refresh under a luxury showerhead that's basically a spa day in itself.
Got a crew? The living room's big-screen TV is streaming-ready!
The kitchen is fully stocked! (Not like other rentals- cough!). You can cook for a crew using our non-toxic pans. Plus we're stocked with an instapot, blender, and your choice or a Keurig or old school drip coffee pot. We even have cups and plates for the littles.
The unit includes beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, towels, toys, and even a pack-and-play for little ones.
Ready to explore? Everything fun is a quick walk away. We're talking amazing food, cold drinks, and even a spot for the art lovers. Minutes away from succulent seafood joints, you’ll wonder if you've stumbled into a culinary paradise.

The smart lock on the front door will give quick and easy access with your custom code.
**Please note** The unit is on a 2nd floor, so guests will need the ability to walk up 1 flight of stairs to access the unit.

Great location, right off 30A, and conveniently located near restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed the community pool, beautiful beach, and the condo! We also used the new beach chairs that were provided, that was a bonus! No complaints, we’ll be back!

The property is extremely well-maintained clean and smells great. For a unit that accepts pets smell can be an issue, but it’s not with this unit. The unit was fully stocked and also had beach chairs, tents, beach carts and more. Would definitely stay again!!!
