The common areas include a spacious community pool, a well-equipped gym as well as grills available for outdoor cooking.

Santa Rosa Beach and 30A are one of south Walton County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach properties such as this one!
Grocery shopping is super convenient with Walmart less than 5 miles away or Publix less than 4 miles away. Take a relaxing walk to Shunk Gulley’s Restaurant and Bar, .5 miles away, directly across from the beach, for hand crafted cocktails and watch the sunset. Head over for some great seafood overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Bud and Alley’s in Seaside or for an eclectic and live music experience The Red Bar is a must in Grayton Beach!! For a fun variety of ice cream and candy, including ‘adult” ice cream, Pecan Jacks is .5 miles away. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, 6.5 miles away, or the Destin Commons Shopping Mall, 13 miles away, offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. - There is a full parking lot with ample parking spaces available.

This condo has it all! It's a great location with access to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants, etc. The unit was perfect for our family of 3 couples with each bedroom having their own bathroom. The condo is very well equipped with lots of extras. We had a superb stay!!!!

We are a family of 5 with a toddler. The property is clean and spacious. The kitchen is furnished with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and an ice/water dispenser on the fridge. The storage closet has tons of beach toys, several beach chairs, a small styrofoam cooler, and an umbrella. The only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the metal cart. It seemed a little dangerous as it kept falling over when we tried to load it up. I would highly suggest bringing an enclosed wagon type cart with you. We ended up buying one at Walmart. The walk in closets are huge, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the beds are comfortable. The communication between the host and property manager are very timely. My family had a wonderful vacation here and I would highly recommend this area!

Spring Break Trip. Great 30A experience for this 5 person family! Not in the thick of it but close enough if you want to get to it. Quick walk to the beach ( 3 walkable beach accesses) and gulf place and great golf cart ride to Grayton (15 minutes/4 miles), Watercolor(20 minutes/5 miles) and Seaside (25 minutes/6 miles). Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Would stay again.
