About this cottage rental
A large house located in a quiet valley. Casa Hazas is very close to everything: 15 minutes from the beaches of Laredo, Noja, and Isla… and from such iconic towns as Lierganes, Limpias, and Ampuero; about 20 minutes from Santander and the Cabarceno Natural Park.
Casa Hazas features the typical layout of Cantabrian homes; it was restored in 2006 and refurbished in 2024. It consists of a main building, a large enclosed garden with fruit trees and a barbecue area, and a secondary building housing the laundry room and garage.
Casa Hazas features spacious common areas on the first floor, with a full kitchen integrated into a spacious living-dining room dominated by a magnificent fireplace and opening onto the garden. The first and second floors house the bedrooms—some with en-suite bathrooms—which are accessed via spacious hallways.
The barbecue area is covered and features a long table with a bench, which is a wonderful place to spend time in the summer, both during the day and at night.
There is a private indoor garage for one car and a private outdoor parking area for up to three additional cars. Finally, there is also a laundry and storage area, as well as a wood shed.
This is a home designed to be enjoyed by the whole family, which is why we’ve put our heart and soul into furnishing it so that nothing is missing. The house is available for whole-house rental and can be booked in two ways: for up to 8 people, the first floor features shared amenities, and the first floor has bedrooms and bathrooms; for more than 8 people, the first floor, first floor, and second floor are available, with bedrooms set up to accommodate up to 13 people.
