About this house rental
Beautiful traditional Cantabrian stone house, the property was rehabilitated 10 years ago by the current owners, especially we made the effort to maintain the traditional structure of the stone construction and respect the characteristic elements of these houses, such as their balcony but at the same time we modernize all its interior endowing it with a large living room, a kitchen with dining room, five bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom. In the attic we wanted to expose all the wooden beams of the construction, it is a recreational space in addition to having three auxiliary beds, the house in total has four full bathrooms.
The garden is part of the mountain in which our beautiful village is located, we have only cleared the weeds so that for more than 5,000m2 of land you can walk and relax during your stay.
Ruiloba is one of the most beautiful municipalities in Spain, which we are going to tell you, perfect place for rest, relaxation and reference point to discover the province of Cantabria, internationally known for the Gaudí Caprice in Comillas, the Picos de Europa at 90km, the Caves of Altamira in Santillana del Mar at 15km and Santander capital of the Community.

Nos he gustado mucho porque es una zona tranquila, pero estas en 15min en la playa.
La casa es espectacular y muy amplia con muchas posibilidades y la dueña encantadora y atenta. Repetiremos

La casa es preciosa, y está muy bien situada para visitar pueblos y hacer excursiones. Lo único es que no contéis con cobertura , lo cual si quieres desconectar está muy bien , y la wifi no tiene suficiente capacidad.

Solo un pero. Habría que puntualizar en el anuncio que duermen 12 personas adultas y el sofá cama seria para niños, no adultos. Por lo demás, fenomenal, buena calefacción y buena casa.
Gema nos resolvió rápidamente nuestro problema de camas.
