Spacious, light, modern

Excellent location with a sea view. Close access to the beach and town - only a 10 minute walk down,but you do need to be fit for the hill back up. It's a great location to have as a base for exploring this area . Don't miss San Vicente !

Apartment was tired and in need of an update. Hot water was lacking. The shower was more of a drizzle,going from hot to cold on a whim. No kettle!!! Metal chairs were very noisy when moved,which wasn't great for people in other apartments,who,as the walls were SO thin,we could hear anyway. Out of season this is a great spot,but in the height of summer it must be a nightmare! Be aware of the 150€ deposit required on arrival to ensure that you don't trash the apartment . The woman on reception was severe and not overly welcoming. There were lots of restaurants in Comillas, but only a couple were open and they were closed by 9. ( this is at the end of May)

Spacious apartment, within walking distance of the city center and supermarkets. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Very clean apartment and well equipped.

I think the property is undergoing renovations and so checkin was a little confusing. I understand it is off season, however there was no warning about this when booking and therefore I was expecting w different experience when arriving. Poor comms in general via booking.com. WiFi was sporadic and frustrating considering I chose the property as I needed to do some work.
