Lo mejor del apartamento es sin duda la ubicación. Las vistas a la plaza y la iglesia son espectaculares. La casa es amplia y dispone de 3 baños por lo que para los 9 que fuimos fue perfecto.
La casa no está cuidada y está muy muy vieja. Aun las partes "reformadas" no cumplen con unos básicos como son el confort. Las camas y almohadas son incomodísimas. Dejando a un lado la decoración, las lámparas de las habitaciones están viejas y sucias, al igual que las cortinas que están grises. Vas tocando cosas y te quedas con ello de la mano, los enchufes se caen y no funcionan bien, igual que los pomos de la cocina... De los 3 baños, solo hay uno reformado y los otros están bastante mal.. En las habitaciones de arriba, al ser abuhardilladas, tienen una especie de tela para quitar la luz, que no tapa nada.
