La cercanía a la playa y las vistas. Es enorme. Mucho espacio para todos.
La casa ha sido proyectada por un loco. Para acceder a La terraza principal que es enorme, hay que pasar por un dormitorio. El salón no tiene terraza aunque sí unos ventanales fabulosos.
