Javier and his family were gracious hosts. They live above the rental unit below. The rental unit has direct access to the gated yard and beaches below + a grill and other vacation amenities. The location is stunning with multiple beaches on the coastline within walking distance. Our group was two families totaling 4 adults and 4 children. We found the home to be very spacious for our needs, the kids used the bunks and adults in 2 of the other 3 rooms. I used the corner of the huge living area as my office for the week. The kids loved the gated yard with swings, trampoline and jacuzzi. The location is a perfect jump off point to various points of interest and day trips, and Javier provided a wealth of information on the area. If you're coming to surf there's an outstanding break just a 10 minute break down the road. On a big day if the swell direction is right you can also surf in the bay below the house.
