CASA ROMA, Cantabria

Casa Roma is a farmhouse over 250 years old in a small village located in Valderredible, the longest valley in Cantabria. It is situated in the south, bordering Burgos and Palencia. An area rich in history and boasting breathtaking natural scenery.
Gastronomy, hiking, cycling, Romanesque villages and churches, and the Cantabria Astronomical Center—among other attractions—offer a wide range of opportunities to enjoy this magical setting.
The home has been renovated, creating new spaces that are connected internally to the original structure. We’ve managed to create over 650 m² of living space with all the necessary amenities.
Its four fireplaces and the diesel heating system warm its interior walls; stone walls laid one by one during the renovation, thus preserving the history of this home.
It features an interior courtyard with a porch and a chill-out area complete with an outdoor fire pit, perfect for enjoying time with friends and family around a cozy fire. Also, in the upper living room area, there is access to another porch with a garden and a barbecue to enjoy the sunset, as it faces west.
It features a wood-burning stove and a gas stove, both in a rustic style, in a spacious and comfortable area with two dining areas.
