We enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The manager of the property was responsive and kind.
One thing: be aware of the extra person charge after 10 guests, as I found this was not clearly listed on VRBO and added a substantial amount to the cost. The house is spacious except for the kitchen and easily holds 15, which was our total guest number. The additional guest charge was surprising.

Great house, great stay. Jaime made everything very easy for us. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend his house.

we thoutoughly enjoyed our stay in Somo. The house was perfect for our group of friends. Wwe were twelve people and I never felt that were were living on top of one another. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen could be a little bigger and I missed a pantry cupboard to pack food away. But this did not spoil our holiday. The beach is actually 1,1km away from the house. We walked this route more than once a day. All in all. We will go back there.

Alquilamos la casa de Jaime y Cristina por una semana para unas vacaciones en familia: once personas y tres generaciones. La casa tiene espacios muy cómodos para todos, desde niños a mayores. La distribución de dormitorios permitió algo de independencia y las zonas comunes de la planta baja nos fueron muy agradables tanto en los días de sol como en los ratos más desapacibles.
El jardín es espectacular: cómodo, tranquilo y con unos preciosos árboles que daban suficiente sombra.
La cocina es cómoda y espaciosa y pudimos usar también la parrilla sin problemas. Como pequeño comentario sugeriríamos afilar los cuchillos.
Recomendamos la casa sin duda alguna; si regresamos por Cantabria de vacaciones, procuraremos volver!
