Pikatzaenea is a robust construction of traditional architecture with more than three centuries old, recently restored with great care and manually by its owners, with stone walls and exposed beams.
Located in a bucolic place, surrounded by pine and eucalyptus forests with views of flocks, cattle ranches and horse stables with great hiking trails, mushroom hunting and fishing as well as very diverse and nearby tourist visits.
It is a house that has the newest facilities; All kitchenette kitchens have a sink, microwave, extractor hood and two fires and are fully equipped, as well as the common kitchen for the rental of the whole house that has a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
All studios and apartments have their bathroom, television.
Access to the house and the disabled room is very simple.
There are 5 studios and 2 apartments in the house, of the Studios, 3 have 2 beds of 90 cm and the other 2 Studios double bed of 1.50 cm.
Each of the 2 apartments has 2 holes, one of them is the room with 2 beds of 90 cm and the other is the living room, in which we have two beds of 90 cm.
The house is ideal for families with children, family or business gatherings, intellectual inspiration, holidays with easy and varied tourism offering a place of tranquility and great peace.

Somos una familia muy grande, nos trasladamos a la casa para una boda, una pena que hayamos estado solo tres días y la disfrutamos poco. Volveremos seguro!! Ademas el dueño, Joseba, hizo que la estancia fuese muy agradable.

Alquilamos la casa para pasar un fin de semana un grupo de amigos con niños pequeños. En total, 19 personas. Nos cuesta encontrar casas donde podamos reunirnos todos y esta ha sido una buena elección. La casa es muy amplia y todas las habitaciones, que son estudios o apartamentos, tienen su propio baño, su televisión... con lo cual cada familia tiene su independencia, y, al mismo tiempo, los espacios compartidos son también muy grandes y hay sitio suficiente para, incluso sin salir al jardín, comer o cenar todos juntos perfectamente. Durante nuestra estancia ha hecho mucho frío, pero aun así hemos hecho paella, barbacoa... y los niños han podido disfrutar del jardín, de los columpios y de la casita del árbol. En verano tiene que ser ideal poder tomar el sol en esas hamacas mientras los niños corretean sin peligros... La casa no está flamante, y alguna cosa podría actualizarse un poco, por ejemplo, la cocina, pero es disfrutable 100% y el dueño es muy majo. A 10 minutos está Balmaseda, que tiene un casco histórico pequeño pero que merece una visitilla y tiene tiendas, supermercado, bares, etc. En definitiva, la recomendamos.

LLevábamos tiempo buscando una casa grande para toda la cuadrilla y la hemos encontrado , encima cerca de casa. Hemos estado 8 adultos y 8 niños y la verdad es que lo hemos pasado genial. Aparte de que la casa tiene absolutamente de todo , no le puedes pedir más. Además Joseba es una persona muy atenta y te resuelve todas las dudas que puedas tener. Muchísimas felicidades por la casa que tenéis.
