Chapel Farm Hotel

The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)

Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. You had to drive under 5 mph to try to retain the floor of your car. The second was there was no WiFi in the rooms but if you make the journey it will be worth it.

Such a unique and wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend!

Great place as stopover, used for large parties at weekends but quite very clean, lovely space for us to use, had pool courtyard and breakfast choice was great. Thanks for looking after us so well, will recommend and use again in future.
