The adjacent dining area provides a comfortable and stylish space to enjoy meals together.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire condo. This includes the king bedroom, a full bathroom with modern fixtures, the fully equipped kitchen, and the in-unit laundry room. Your reservation includes one complimentary pool pass for the Sea Pines Resort pool, conveniently located directly across the street. On-site parking is provided at an additional cost. Within the Sea Pines community, guests also have access to miles of biking trails, world-class golf courses, and the famous Harbor Town Marina.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the Sea Pines community, guests are surrounded by beautiful scenery, golf courses, biking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Sea Pines is known for its peaceful environment and resort-style atmosphere, making it one of the most desirable areas on Hilton Head Island.



Other Things to Note:

Sea Pines Gate Pass: Please note that Sea Pines is a gated community. A gate pass is required for vehicle entry; details regarding obtaining your pass will be provided prior to arrival. An additional pass is $22

Pool Pass: The Sea Pines pool pass is provided and can be found hanging on the refrigerator. Guests are kindly asked to send a photo of the pass prior to check-out. Please note that any lost or unreturned pass will incur a $50 replacement fee.

Guests must present a valid pool pass to access the pool. Access may be monitored by on-site staff, including random checks. Guests without proper pool access identification may be denied entry or asked to leave. Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty, and swimming is at your own risk.

Pool passes are intended solely for registered guests of the property and must not be shared or transferred.

Age Requirement: To maintain a peaceful environment, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Pet & Smoke-Free: This property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets to ensure a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.

Provisions: We provide a starter set of toiletries and kitchen essentials. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring additional seasonings, oils, and personal care items.

Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.



Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
